Jennifer Stoddart, the Privacy Commissioner of Canada (for a little while yet) has posted a speech she gave at the 11^th Annual Privacy and Security Conference in Victoria, entitled The Future of Privacy Regulation. I found it an interesting read; definitely worth checking out.
